THE JOB:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SR Outside Sales Representative to join their team. The SR Outside Sales Representative will strengthen client relationships and establish new partnerships in their assigned territory to boost rentals and sales of modular units. This role involves executing lease and sales contracts and meeting customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships with existing and potential clients.
  • Enhance the sales process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, analyzing competition, and addressing objections.
  • Prepare necessary project documents, including credit applications, contracts, summaries, satisfaction surveys, quote logs, and sales funnels.
  • Oversee the setup of rented and sold units to ensure contract compliance.
  • Report customer feedback and market needs to strengthen the Company's market position.
  • Support and develop plans for sustainable long-term business growth.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience (Construction Material, Industrial, and Equipment Rentals experience and/or knowledge is preferred)
  • "Hunter" Minded with a proven track record of success as an Outside Sales Representative
  • Personable, accountable, with a strong work ethic
  • MUST reside in the Greater Phoenix area
