In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Social Media Manager to manage marketing activities across multiple channels and ensure successful delivery of projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Helping support partnerships with other brands through social posts, activations, etc.
  • Create/lead the production of printed material for stores, campaigns, new products.
  • Test/launch Google advertising for the brand.
  • Create/lead production of digital marketing material for all platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Google, Website, and other platforms.
  • Grow the business and brand awareness through digital marketing, events, collaborations, and campaigns.


Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing.

- Experience with digital marketing, Meta, Google, Social Media Management.

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 

- Creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of marketing execution.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Coffee knowledge is a plus.
