HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As our Senior Crisis Regional Director, you oversee our northern territory and ensure our crisis intervention efforts are appropriately meeting the mental health needs of our community. You're actively involved in all areas of our crisis centers, from recruiting and training staff to supervising clinical operations and maintaining compliance with regulatory organizations.

A dynamic and caring leader, you ensure we have 24/7 staff coverage, motivate your team in monthly meetings, and provide essential data for detailed reports. You collaborate with talented social work professionals to improve our strategies and foster positive relationships with hospitals, law enforcement, and other community partners. By overseeing our clinical practices, promoting cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring professional excellence, you take our crisis intervention efforts to greater levels

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR SENIOR CRISIS REGIONAL DIRECTOR?

  • Master's degree in a clinical field such as psychology, counseling, or social work
  • Possess an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMSW, in the state of Tennessee
  • Valid Tennessee Mandatory Prescreening Agent (MPA) license OR ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
  • Administrative experience managing a mental health or substance abuse program
  • Knowledge of clinical resources and commitment procedures
  • Ability to maintain documentation, use good judgment, and function in high-pressure situations

Experience in budgeting or knowledge of management information systems would be preferred.
