Varco Home Health and Hospice is looking for individuals that can help contribute to the growth of our company with their knowledge, skill and commitment in providing excellent patient care and customer care.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge base of Kinnser/WellSky and Availity
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Strong sense of understanding urgency while being efficient.
- 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Receives and appropriately documents new referrals in a timely manner.
- Verifies medical eligibility and pre-authorizations.
- Provides effective communication to patients/clients, staff members, and other health care professionals and referral sources.
- Responds to patient/client needs in a professional manner.
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
- Proficiency in working with multiple software products.
