Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and key metrics.
Post-Campaign Evaluation:
- Perform detailed post-campaign evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement based on campaign data.
- Provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns based on evaluation findings.
Strategy Development:
- Transform data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies to achieve business objectives.
Trend Identification:
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis and campaign evaluation, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
