Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and issue invoices and credit notes
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assess revenue recognition and relay financial data
  • Maintain business systems with updated project budgets and expenditures

Required Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 4 years in project or cost control roles
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • High School Diploma

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with VISTA, Procore, or Fulcrum software
  • Associate degree in a relevant discipline or 3 years of pertinent experience
