We are looking for our Next Future Sales Manager Culligan Water of Harrisonburg is looking for a full-time Sales Manager Trainee. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with the hours of 8:30 am 5:00 pm. Our work is focused on treating problem water and ensuring safe water in homes.

Hard Skills and Experience:
  • Can Sell: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Marketing Diversification: Experience diversifying the lead flow with door knocking teams, referral programs, events, etc.
  • Marketing: Must know how to get new leads.
  • Hiring Salespeople: Must know how to market for, onboard, and select the best candidates
  • Training: Must know how to train, build up, send out salespeople each week until the best team is built.
  • Administrative: Must be familiar with keeping close tabs on progress, use a pipeline and carefully track and insist their people track the sales process.
