Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital/Social Creative Director w/ Entertainment experience who embodies technical prowess, boundless creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a pivotal member of our team, the Digital/Social Creative Director will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing cutting-edge digital and social campaigns that leave a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation and development of digital and social campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and strategists to deliver integrated campaigns that push boundaries and drive results.
  • Utilize motion design and video editing expertise to bring campaigns to life, captivating audiences with dynamic visuals and storytelling.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital and social media, infusing innovation into every aspect of campaign creation.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor in achieving their business objectives through digital and social initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in conceptualizing and executing digital and social campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive measurable results.
  • Technical proficiency in motion design, video editing, and campaign creation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and exploring new opportunities in the digital and social media landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; advanced certifications or training in digital media and creative disciplines are a plus.
