Job Description:


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our on-site team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.


Responsibilities:


In this position, your core responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Ordering and prescribing of medications such as Suboxone and Subutex, as well as prescribing psychiatric medications.
  • Coordinating care with physicians, counselors, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete patient medical records in the EHR system.
  • Providing education to patients and families on treatment, recovery, and wellness.



Qualifications:



  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or similar).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong clinical skills in primary care or specialty areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
