Position: Full-time, Foster Care Case Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC (and surrounding areas)
What Will I Be Doing?
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children in foster care
- Coordinate and link children to appropriate services to minimize care fragmentation and ensure continuous access to necessary services
- Assist in the recruitment, assessment, and training of foster parents
- Collaborate closely with family assessment and planning teams to prepare all case plans and coordinate services.

- NC Clinical License (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A) preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation with adherence to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license).
