Insurance Roofing Sales Specialist

GP Construction Group is seeking motivated Insurance Roofing Sales Specialists to help homeowners with insurance-covered roofing projects. No prior experience is necessary thanks to our comprehensive training program
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Residency in the DFW area and the ability to pass a background check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in door-to-door sales in storm-affected neighborhoods.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections.
- Explain the insurance process and assist homeowners in navigating their claims.
- Oversee projects from inspection through to completion.
Benefits
- $40K base + 20% commission, with top reps making $300K+
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions
