Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Prospect new customers and provide estimates on new roofing options.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Project Management:
- Lead roofing projects from planning through completion.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating and following up with subcontractors to schedule estimates and ensure timely submissions
- Reviewing insurance reports to verify payment accuracy and adherence to estimates
- Maintaining effective communication with homeowners regarding payments and project balance
- Accurately communicating project details in CRM (will train)
Qualifications:
- The ability to walk on uneven surfaces, such as roofs, and understand fall protection
- Ownership of a smartphone and laptop for accessing company websites and apps and taking photos
- Willingness to travel to different job sites
This commission-based position requires self-motivation, strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that projects run efficiently and satisfy all parties involved. You have unlimited earning potential
