The ideal candidate, with a minimum of two years of trade experience and strong leadership abilities, will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your responsibilities are not just tasks but the backbone of our operations, making your role integral to our company's success. This self-generation lead position highlights the trust and autonomy we place in our Project Managers.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. This will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, public adjusters, subcontractors, and homeowners. You will be an essential part of a team, working together to guarantee the success of our projects.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and sending Docusign documents for necessary project approvals

- Ordering Skymeasure reports for projects after obtaining the required approvals

- Coordinating and following up with subcontractors to schedule estimates and ensure timely submissions

- Reviewing insurance reports to verify payment accuracy and adherence to estimates

- Working with Production Control to generate material orders to be transmitted to suppliers

- Coordinating scheduling with roofers for installation based on material availability and project timelines

- Overseeing the collection of leftover materials (LOM) after projects and returning them to suppliers

- Maintaining effective communication with homeowners regarding payments and project balance

- Contributing to project profitability by adhering to financial guidelines

- Accurately communicating project details in CRM (will train)

 

Qualifications:

- The ability to walk on uneven surfaces, such as roofs, and understand fall protection

- Ownership of a smartphone and laptop for accessing company websites apps and taking photos

- Willingness to travel to different job sites

This is a commission-based position and requires self-motivation, strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that projects run efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. You have unlimited earning potential
