We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the DFW metro area. The ideal candidate, with a minimum of two years of trade experience and strong leadership abilities, will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your responsibilities are not just tasks but the backbone of our operations, making your role integral to our company's success. This self-generation lead position highlights the trust and autonomy we place in our Project Managers.

As a key player in our project operations, you will have the unique opportunity to ensure the smooth running of our projects. This will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, public adjusters, subcontractors, and homeowners. You will be an essential part of a team, working together to guarantee the success of our projects. And here's the exciting part: you have unlimited earning potential (no cap)

 

Your responsibilities will include:

- Going to areas that have been affected by storm damage and offering complementary inspections

-  Assisting homeowners with the claims process

- Preparing and sending Docusign documents for necessary project approvals

- Coordinating and following up with subcontractors to schedule estimates and ensure timely submissions

- Working with Production Control to generate material orders to be transmitted to suppliers

- Overseeing the collection of leftover materials (LOM) after projects and returning them to suppliers

- Maintaining effective communication with homeowners regarding payments and project balance

- Contributing to project profitability by adhering to financial guidelines

- Accurately communicating project details in CRM (will train)

- You will be taught everything you need to know, from being a successful project manager and salesperson to all the procedures involved in replacing a roof, from canvassing for your leads (door-knocking) to successfully closing out a job.

 

This position requires self-motivation, strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that projects run efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

 

Qualifications:

- The ability to walk on uneven surfaces, such as roofs, and understand fall protection

- Ownership of a smartphone and laptop for accessing company websites and taking photos

- Willingness to engage in travel to different job sites and go door-to-door to generate business leads
