We provide PAID TRAINING for all necessary certifications and will teach you everything you need to know in order to thrive and be a successful member of our SwimKids Swim School team We proudly invest in our team members and provide professional development opportunities from the start. Swim Team Coach Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting teaching rates $14-16

A Swim Team Coach’s Workday and Qualifications: 

  • Coach the same students weekly, celebrating their progress in the pool. 
  • Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Become proficient in your swim team coach role through thoughtful hands-on training. 
  • Work alongside experts to follow all safety standards keeping children, families and staff wellbeing top of mind. 
  • Replace the gym with work Standing for periods of time, moving around on deck and in the pool, lifting students and pool equipment are all expected parts of the job.
  • Must have a competitive swim background with a year-round or seasonal swim program, year-round experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
