Position Summary:

The Event Beverage Specialist is responsible for delivering outstanding beverage preparation and service to members and guests during various events. This role also supports multiple Club venues, events, and colleagues in providing exceptional drinks and service. Key responsibilities include maintaining the bar area, replenishing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. The Event Beverage Specialist adheres to established procedures for bar setup and closing to guarantee readiness for all occasions.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Set up the bar at the start of each shift.
  • Regularly check and uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Ensure all liquor items are adequately stocked and accurately served.
  • Exhibit knowledge of available spirits, beers, and wines.
  • Complete event tasks and side duties to Club standards.
  • Address member and guest concerns promptly and provide effective service recovery.
Qualifications:
  • Previous bartending experience is essential.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Familiarity with bar-related beverages and cocktails.
  • Alcohol Intervention and Coach Certified (C.A.R.E).
  • Commitment to surpassing member expectations and delivering high-quality service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
