The day to day

(italics indicate essential function)

You will have a home branch, but will respond as needed to serve at other branches in your area of the state for coverage. This will require some additional travel.

You enjoy interacting with our contractor customers. You answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers.

You write up, process, collect, and distribute orders for customers.

You jump to unload inbound trucks, accurately check-in product, and restock accordingly.

You understand that accuracy impacts the bottom line, so you perform regular cycle counts and investigate any issues.

Make sure it gets where it must go by pulling and shipping customer orders.

You may serve on rotation for 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.

You will occasionally drive to other branches and help out when needed.

What you have

A high school diploma, HVAC/R technical degree, or Associate degree in HVAC/R.

HVAC/R technical or counter experience.

Warehouse experience or a strong desire to learn.

A valid driver’s license.
