We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team at Famous Supply. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our contractor customers, helping them find the materials they need to complete their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service to contractor customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
  • Process and schedule customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage Open Orders and customer Bids to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
  • Keep the counter area clean and organized to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to use computer systems and software
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
