What Will I Be Doing?
- Coordinate the development and implementation of services/treatments for clients/consumers.
- Assess clients and develop service plans in conjunction with a treatment team.
- Oversee program development and behavior intervention plans.
- Schedule and provide training, recreation, and leisure activities.
- Maintain comprehensive client and staff reporting records.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and foster parents.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans and performing crisis interventions.
- Knowledge of family systems, child welfare laws, and community resources.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries.
- Culturally responsive with the ability to address the unique needs of diverse client populations.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and comprehensive records, including case notes, medical information, and legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure that all case requirements are addressed promptly.
- Understanding of state regulations and policies related to foster care and child welfare.
- Strong decision-making skills to make informed choices that affect the welfare of children and compliance with legal and ethical standard.
Qualifications:
- QP qualifications per NC standards, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with two years of related work experience, or bachelor's degree in unrelated field with 4 years of related work experience.
- Access to reliable transportation meeting all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license) required.
