Responsibilities:
This is a 1099 commission only position with unlimited earning potential.

Generate Leads through Door to Door or Virtually:
Identify and qualify potential customers interested in adopting solar energy.
Gather essential information to create high-quality leads for the sales team.
Provide Information and Answer Queries:
Educate homeowners on the technical aspects of solar systems and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Effectively communicate the financial incentives, rebates, and financing options available to encourage solar adoption.

Collaborate with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Provide valuable insights from the field to enhance overall sales strategies.
Attend marketing events

Record and Report:
Keep detailed records of interactions with potential customers.
Submit regular reports on lead generation activities, including successes and challenges faced in the field.

Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends:
Stay informed about the latest developments in the solar energy industry, including new technologies, regulations, and incentives.
Continuously update training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented:
Proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed set targets.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a customer relationship management system and Microsoft Office applications.
