Our client's company is a leading provider of top-tier rigging, cranes, sectional barges, winches, wire rope, and other essential rigging equipment. They specialize in delivering high-quality products and services to various industries, including heavy manufacturing, OEMs, and marine operations.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Outside Sales Representative to expand their business in key markets such as Portland, the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Arizona, and beyond.

As a National Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing strategic relationships and identifying new opportunities across multiple industries.

This role requires extensive travel, with up to 80% of your time spent on the road, engaging with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their rigging and lifting needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic business relationships in target markets, including heavy manufacturing, barge, and OEM industries.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on rigging, cranes, wire rope, and related equipment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our client's products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in rigging, lifting machinery, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting customer needs and driving results.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (75-80% of the time) across designated markets.
