Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar a los anfitriones de TikTok, gestionando el contenido de transmisión en vivo y el desarrollo de guiones.
- Ayudar a los anfitriones a analizar datos de transmisión en vivo, mejorar la habilidad de hablar, la participación, la interacción y las tasas de conversión para maximizar las ganancias.
- Mantener la presencia de la empresa en TikTok, supervisar la administración de cuentas de redes sociales, la curación de contenido, la compilación de materiales, la producción de videos, la edición y un análisis exhaustivo de datos para mejorar y promover las operaciones.
- Coordinar eventos fuera de línea de los anfitriones, asegurando una ejecución fluida y ajustando estrategias para una efectividad de marketing óptima y resultados deseados.
- Disposición para transmitir en vivo en nuestra cuenta oficial para reclutar creadores.
Requisitos:
- Competencia en TikTok, transmisiones en vivo y marketing en redes sociales en plataformas como TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Preferido: 1 año de experiencia en operación y gestión de creadores.
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, adaptabilidad y capacidad para prosperar en un entorno rápido.
- Extra: Creador de TikTok con una red existente.
