Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager at Legal Soft will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our client accounts to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational and strategic matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met through our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and business development, to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor account performance against KPIs and develop strategies to drive account growth and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the account operations function.
  • Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
