RadioMedix seeks to hire highly motivated and forward-thinking professionals interested in nuclear medicine research and development and influencing change within the Nuclear Medicine landscape.
Facility Maintenance responsibilities:
- Properly receives incoming materials according to RadioMedix material specifications
- Assists in building maintenance
- Empties all waste containers and replace sticky mats as necessary
- Survey’s trash for radioactivity as part of radiation safety program
- Assists in facility upkeep including checking ceiling tiles, cleaning bench top spaces, and ensuring the warehouse and QC labs are in a state of control
- Assists in building maintenance including repairs
- Performs Environmental Monitoring responsibilities according to cGMP standards
- Maintains proper housekeeping expectations and cleaning of restricted areas including aseptic manufacturing spaces (clean rooms) and QC Labs
- Follows written procedures that pertain to all Environmental Monitoring and Cleaning
- Adheres to cleaning schedules including daily, weekly and monthly cleanings according to RadioMedix procedures
- Adheres to proper gowning while entering restricted areas according to ISO classification
- Be self-motivated and able to work as a team member when needed
- Ensures a safe and quality working environment through training, awareness, and compliance to safety guidelines and SOP'S.
- Follows and promote on-the-job safety expectations, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following cGMP rules and guidelines in all designated areas.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
