Compensation:

$15 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and handle sales and customer support calls, emails, and text messages/chats
  • Manage technician scheduling
  • Assist with ordering inventory, office supplies, etc.
  • Follow up on past-due invoices
  • Help coordinate and create organic and social media content


Qualifications:
  • Direct experience managing high-volume scheduling, preferably in a residential services setting such as contracting, HVAC, electrical, lawn care, irrigation, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish is a plus
  • Strong with various technology applications (office, google, CRMs, etc.) and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Enjoys a creative side helping develop marketing collateral and generating interest on social media.
