Job Summary

Templar Electric, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office branch, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Management: Approve all timecards daily, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Employee Onboarding: Input all PTO, vacation, sick time, etc. for location into ADP, and assist with clock ins/clock outs when necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Handle all write-ups, terminations, and documentation of incidents at the location, and complete and send in all personnel change forms.
  • Benefits and HR Support: Route all questions about benefits, PTO, sick time, etc. to the HR manager, and assist with employee benefits enrollment.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Spanish speaker is a plus, but not required.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in ADP and other administrative software.
