The Sr Manager, Ideation will be responsible for crafting breakthrough custom platforms that maximize the potential of Playfly Sports’ collective offerings. This role is a key liaison within the Playfly Creates team to connect business strategy, design, creative activation, and data that are relevant to each unique stakeholder on a project-by-project basis. Candidates should be excited about playing a pivotal role in crafting innovative way for brands to reach and engage with fans. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Build marketing solutions that achieve partner needs and generate revenue across each Playfly Sports business unit
  • Develop custom 360 platforms including research, category information, and brand integration concepts
  • Use understanding of the marketplace, client objectives, advertiser/sponsor/category nuances and Playfly capabilities to develop best-in-class marketing ideas in response to client requests and needs
  • Continually pushes creative boundaries with big, marketing ideas driven by consumer and client insights
  • Drive partnership storytelling and coordinate the consistent delivery of high-quality, impactful narratives across all sales materials (one-sheets, decks, case studies, sizzle videos, etc.).
  • Lead brainstorms and champion ideas from conception to pitch
  • Liaise with other Playfly Sports business units, including Media, Global Partnerships, Sports Properties, Tech, Insights, etc.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years of creative concept development experience in a broadcast/cable network, integrated marketing, sports league/team, brand, or agency environment
  • Must be cross functional and well versed in all media/sponsorship platforms and emerging trends
  • Must have excellent presentation skills, strong communication, written and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt and multitask while managing various timelines and deadlines in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
  • Ability to build positive relationships with business leaders, peers, and colleagues throughout the internal organization to ensure positive outcomes for Playfly Sports partnerships
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook
TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasional travel may be required for company events or to client sites for specific projects
COMPENSATION The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $135,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
