We are currently seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Jireh Semiconductor, our wafer fabrication facility, located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain database performance, database upgrade, data back-up and recovery specifications.
Develop and maintain fab automation software systems. These systems include web and Java based user interfaces, fab equipment control and capacity improvement tools. Troubleshooting is required and support calls off hours when necessary for a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams
• Develop and improve systems for factory control
• Develop software tools data collection, process control and manufacturing excellence

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
SECS and HSMS based factory equipment interfacing knowledge and experience
Database Management, Maintenance, Backup and Recovery experience
Bachelors degree and 8 years of Software Engineering experience required

QUALIFICATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, interface with manufacturing techs and
supervisors
Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment where your work goes directly to the
manufacturing floor
