We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team building the Zebu family of emulators, the industry's leading emulation systems. As an Emulation Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for optimizing the performance of the fastest and highest capacity emulation systems in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize the performance of the ZeBu compiler using strong understanding of large-scale software development, combinatorial algorithms, physical design, and timing analysis.
  • Design and develop the next generation emulation backend technologies to further optimize the performance and capacity of the ZeBu compiler.
  • Work as part of an elite globally distributed team to develop and test large C++ applications in Unix-based environments.
Requirements:
  • Hold an MS/Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Have 5+ years of software development experience in developing and testing large C++ applications in Unix-based environments.
  • Have experience with efficient algorithm and data structure design.
  • Have highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well either in a team-based environment or independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have built EDA tools, in one or more of static timing analysis, physical synthesis, partitioning, or place-and-route for large capacity and high-performance designs.
  • Have experience in building and/or using emulation or hardware prototyping systems.
  • Understand digital logic design, FPGA architecture, and hardware description language.
