Mount Vernon Country Club (MVCC) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, while maintaining profitability and efficiency. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, inventory, and budget, as well as developing and implementing new strategies to improve the overall dining experience at MVCC.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a private club or high-end restaurant
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Experience with event planning and execution
  • Experience with menu development and pricing strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, inventory, and budget
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
