Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a variety of coffee drinks and gelato selections
  • Process customer transactions efficiently
  • Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and inviting
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Availability for weekday shifts
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Desire to learn about our products, including coffee and gelato
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
Compensation and Benefits:

This is a part-time position with hourly wages ranging from $10.50 to $12.00, plus tips. On average, our team members earn a total compensation of $15 to $20 per hour.
