Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverview:The Oncology Prostate Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in promoting and selling oncology prostate treatment solutions to healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics. They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing support and education on the product, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers in healthcare organizations
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of oncology prostate treatment solutions
  • Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare providers and their staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and stay updated on industry trends
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive landscape
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Track sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and stay competitive
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in oncology or pharmaceuticals
  • Deep understanding of oncology prostate treatment solutions and industry trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical expertise in various tumor types (Prostate, CRC, Lung, GIST, Sarcoma, Niche Tumors, etc)&
  • Specialty experience in Oncology AND Urology strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market data to drive sales strategy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions
