Job Description
Join our team and take your career to the next level. AireSpring is a communications and technology solutions provider with operations in 48 states. We provide TDM and IP-based voice, data services, broadband and MPLS networking, managed hosting services and communication systems to businesses and government agencies.
The requirement is to generate new revenue through your team of Regional Channel Managers selling AireSpring's data and voice products for businesses through Airespring Authorized Channel Partners.
• Manage a team of 5-10 Regional Channel Managers
• Recruit new and productive Channel Managers
• Manage and lead current Channel Managers
• Attend sales calls with channel partners to present and assist in closing AireSpring opportunities with end-user customers
• Ensure your team is educated and fully knowledgeable about AireSpring products, processes and procedures.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address partner and customer’s needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Performance Measures:
• Achieve assigned sales quota for your team
• Meet assigned expectations for partner participation
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rating with channel partners and customers.
• Proactively seek out new opportunities.

At least 5-10 years Channel Sales experience. Minimum 3+ yrs in a leadership role managing a sales team.
Must have intimate knowledge of US channel distribution structure, including strong relationships with master agencies.
Technical proficiency in telecom services including:
SD-WAN
Ethernet
UCaaS
DIA
SIP trunks
Security services
