What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the Face: Step into the spotlight and bring our scripts to life with energy, charisma, and spontaneity. You’ll take ownership of your role as the on-screen representative of our brand.
  • Engage On-Camera: Use your ability to improvise and connect authentically as you conduct on-camera interviews and live sessions, building a genuine rapport with interviewees and audiences.
  • Tell Compelling Stories: Your storytelling will be at the core of everything you do—showcasing customer journeys and weaving powerful narratives that resonate across social media and other platforms.
  • Build Audience Connections: With your influencer experience, you’ll captivate viewers and create a lasting impact, enhancing our brand’s connection with its followers through your on-screen presence.
  • Lead with Creativity: Use your expertise to develop fresh, exciting content that captures attention, inspires, and engages.
  • This is a fast-paced role that requires you to be adaptable and ready to pivot at any moment to deliver an exceptional on-camera experience.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:
  • On-Camera Expertise: Proven experience in creating engaging on-camera content for social media platforms, with a natural ability to command attention and deliver messages with clarity and charisma.
  • Acting or Theater Background: Your background in acting, theater, or similar experience will allow you to confidently present on camera, whether following a script or improvising.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: From interviews to live broadcasts, your communication skills will bring warmth and authenticity to every interaction.
  • Social Media Savvy: You stay ahead of trends and have the creativity to bring new ideas to life, collaborating with the marketing team to generate innovative content.
  • Storytelling Focus: You know how to craft and present compelling narratives that captivate audiences and build a strong emotional connection with viewers.
  • Drive to Innovate: You’re passionate about exploring new ideas, platforms, and strategies to keep our content cutting-edge and engaging.
  • Travel Ready: A valid driver’s license is required as you may travel to various locations to capture customer stories and deliver engaging content.
  • Ability to be in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods (2+ hours).
  • Ability to frequently move Audio/Visual equipment weighing up to 25 pounds to various filming locations.
  • Ability to regularly move about inside and outside the office, including customer and event locations, both indoors and outdoors.

Location & Commitments:

This full-time role requires a weekly, minimum commitment of 40 hours and is based at our Canton, OH office. Working hours are typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, though they may vary based on events and customer schedules.

This position is open to all candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States and are available to work onsite in our Canton, OH office. Please note this role will often require you to be on camera.

This role offers an hourly wage between $21.00 and $26.00, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills.
