Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting cash flows and preparing cash management reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze bank statements, transaction records, and cash flow patterns to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support in the management of banking relationships, including account maintenance, fee negotiation, and transaction processing.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of cash management strategies, including cash concentration and disbursement systems.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting on liquidity, working capital, and cash management metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and provide insights for financial planning and risk management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and economic conditions that may impact cash management and treasury operations.
  • Support the treasury team in managing financial risks, including interest rate, currency, and credit risks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including Excel and treasury management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking operations and financial markets is an advantage.
