Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Support the leadership team by creating strategies and assisting in research efforts to keep up with the latest marketing trends 
  • Participate in direct marketing presentations and campaigns regarding client brand awareness 
  • Strengthen lasting relationships with Management, clients, and suppliers 
  • Assist the marketing Management team by maintaining the sales success, client brand recognition, and reputation 
  • Track marketing and sales performance on the effectiveness of campaigns and report to upper level management
  • Take part in the innovation of ideas for the marketing plans intended to enhance and grow the company’s brand and client revenue 

Marketing Assistant Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing, customer service, or sales preferred 
  • Proven leaderships, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Prosper in a high-energy and team-oriented environment 
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Must be able to commute to the office and within a 15 mile radius of the office
