This onsite role, you will play a critical part in ensuring efficient procurement, optimizing product selection, and managing inventory to meet our financial and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Procurement: Use sales and trend analytics to develop strategies that optimize product selection and maximize sales.
  • Forecasting: Forecast product demand based on historical sales data, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement competitive pricing strategies that enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the entire supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors' pricing and market trends to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with the merchandising and sales teams to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Promotions & Discounts: Lead the planning and execution of promotions and discounts, balancing sales goals with inventory levels.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, finance) to ensure smooth information flow and aligned goals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a related field, with at least three years in a managerial role.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and train correct inventory control procedures
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data-based software; experience in product fulfillment and inventory management is essential.
