If selected all trainees must pass a week of training where they will learn and test out on our modalities.

Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals
The practitioners role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long-term customer loyalty
environment. This is a hands on position, you must be comfortable touching clients.

Part of the duties required of a practitioner is to maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch Zone. We at Stretch Zone work as a team. All team members are expected to clean and maintain the store. Everyone is expected to contribute to client retention. This culture is a foundation of Stretch Zone and will contribute to the overall success of each location. This will help us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all of our clients. This is a non-exempt position.

Essential duties and responsibilities


Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
Must be able to stretch without limitation.
Comply with the scheduling as directed by the General Manager.
Available for nights and weekends
Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with clients.
Dress professionally according to current dress code standards as highlighted in the company handbook.
Contribute to the team environment
Must be comfortable contacting customers for proactive schedule management.
Clock-in and out as required in the handbook

Required knowledge skills and abilities:


Must be able to manage time effectively
Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, process and procedures
Must be able to effectively service and maintain client base
Responsible to contact lost sheep MIA clients
Participate in offsite marketing events / pop ups per GM
Making Phone Calls as needed for Client Management
