We are seeking a Property Manager Assistant to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:


  • Investigate and resolve Homeowner complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Help to enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
  • Help with violation and inspection paperwork.
  • Answer phones and messages and get back to people.
Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in property management very helpful
  • Familiarity Association Management
  • Ability to build rapport with homeowners and board members
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
