  • Customer Service: Adhere to and enforce daily customer service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for hiring, training, and terminating processing staff, as well as ensuring proper paperwork is completed.
  • Team Development: Work closely with the Team Services Hiring Manager to place the best candidates on the team and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Reporting and Goal Setting: Ensure daily reports are completed accurately and on time, and set daily goals and plans to meet projections and targets.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the Retail Manager and Wholesale Director to ensure operational needs are met and policies are understood.
  • Inventory Management: Recognize the value and appropriate pricing needs of items prior to reaching the sales floor, and train staff to do the same.
  • Donor Relations: Provide exceptional service to donors and effectively communicate the LifePath Thrift Stores story to staff and customers.
  • Associate Development: In the event of an Associate Manager on the team, develop and grow them into a viable Operations Manager candidate.
