Technical Source is currently in search of a Sr. Process Engineer for our large pharmaceutical manufacturing client located in the Western, NC Area. The qualified candidate will have experience evaluating, troubleshooting and optimizing manual visual inspection processes and programs utilized in IV bag sterile solution manufacturing.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Process Engineer include:

  • Evaluate and identify root cause analysis of deficiencies and areas of improvement for manual visual inspection processes for pre-filled and finished IV Bag solutions
  • Lead continuous improvement and optimization activities manual visual inspection processes
  • Develop, update, and revise Standard Operating Procedures for manual visual inspection processes for pre-filled and finished IV Bag solutions

Qualifications of the Sr. Process Engineer include:

  • Associates degree or higher in Engineering and/or Science
  • 8+ years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and manual visual inspection
  • Expert level knowledge of manual visual inspection processes for sterile solutions
