Job DescriptionJob Description

This role is responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement the IT strategy to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures and protocols to protect company data.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of all IT Systems.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee IT Support Services, ensuring timely resolutions of issues and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes and policies.
  • Report on IT performance, project status, and security incidents to senior management.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • A Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, PMP, CISSP) is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT Management or a similar role with a proven track record of managing IT teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and security.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring and/or managing a team of IT professionals including network administrators, support technicians and developers.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
