The Admissions Advisor guides prospective students through ACI Tech Academy's enrollment process, helping them determine if they should enroll in one of ACI's programs. They provide information about the academy, assist with the admissions process, and help candidates make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures. This role requires integrity, ethics, and a passion for helping others grow through learning.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sets appointments and conducts interviews with prospective student candidates.

• Clearly defines requirements to be successful in ACI Tech Academy’s programs.

• Qualifies incoming leads through interview process.

• Reengages candidates that do not attend scheduled meetings to rebook for future appointments.

• Confirms scheduled appointments prior to appointment time.

• Follow up with interviews that did not progress in the enrollment process and dropped/cancelled students to resolve any issues or concerns.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information and guidance about ACI Tech Academy programs, admission requirements, and application processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective student interactions, applications, and admissions decisions using a CRM platform.

• Execute candidate Tour according to outlined tour guide to align compliance standards for regulatory agencies.

• Achieve internal certification for candidate Tour Guide by passing practical assessment.

• Responds to inbound leads in a timely manner utilizing outbound platforms to ensure contact rate meets requirements.

• Some nights or weekends may be required for after-hours events.

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at management’s discretion.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Admissions or sales experience, 1-2 years preferred.

• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and experiment with different messaging approaches.

• Ability to translate complex product features into compelling and easy-to-understand terminology.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence others.

• Exceptional closing skills while remaining welcoming, understanding, and empathetic.

• Ability to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don’t go your way.

• Self-starter and hunter mentality used to find prospects and build referral business.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
