Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced product lead to oversee our subscription products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of subscription-based business models, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of leveraging A/B testing to optimize customer value. As Senior Product Manager for Subscriptions, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our subscription offerings, optimizing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, and driving growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for our subscription products, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to continuously optimize product features, user experience, and subscription models.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscription growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in subscription management and A/B testing.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on subscription-based products and A/B testing.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing Expertise: Extensive experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments in a product management context.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with data analysis tools, product analytics platforms, and a basic understanding of software development processes.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with a proven ability to develop products that delight and retain customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, driving results through influence and negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with predictive modeling, algorithms, and/or machine learning.
