RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Product Management in Pleasant Grove, UT.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to join our team. This director-level role will initially be hands-on, acting as an individual contributor responsible for one or more product lines. As the team grows and structure is established, the role will transition towards a leadership focus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and build a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Program Management, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and design of products
* Product Planning and Roadmap: Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands
* Pricing Strategy: Define and implement pricing strategies across a suite of products
* Innovation and Solutions: Drive innovation and develop solutions that meet customer needs and market trends
* Market Understanding: Maintain a deep understanding of the product market, including competitor products and customer requirements
* Customer Engagement: Act as a key customer-facing representative, gathering feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction

Product Suite:
* Skydome: C2 suite with a primary focus on software
* Camera Systems, RF Systems, and Edge Fusion Systems: Hardware-hosted systems
* DroneHunter: Includes 2-3 platforms and GLAAN (Ground Launched Air to Air)
* All products work together, integrating hardware components

REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, ideally within the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
* At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in managing product or engineering teams
* Proven experience in building product management teams is preferred
* Demonstrated experience in managing hardware products, specifically in areas such as cameras, medical devices, or aircraft, is required; Infrastructure hardware experience is not suitable
* Strong experience working with hardware teams, including embedded, electrical, mechanical, and robotics engineers, is required; The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with these groups
* Experience in working with Sales and Customers is required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
