Slim Chickens, known for its warm Southern hospitality and delicious chicken dishes, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in Helena, Montana. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests by greeting them warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Support each other to maintain high levels of performance and service.
  • Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments as required. Ensure the register is balanced and discrepancies are reported.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
