About the Job

As a Sales Representative at True Blue Roofing & Siding you will be responsible for securing leads and coordinating scheduling, follow-up and participating in client care processes for True Blue’s Sales and Administrative team.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Answering voicemail, phone calls and emails and directing them accordingly.
  • Willingness to participate in sales growth processes including calling prospective clients, providing follow up with additional clients, and participating in cold-calling processes.
  • Communicating with clients to confirm appointments, scheduled jobs, project timelines, and project completion.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Data entry- including client information and related inquiries for sales leads and service managers.
  • Assist with communicating scheduling needs to field technicians in a clear and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a situational based awareness of project status to better serve client inquiries and estimated timelines.

Requirements

  • Customer service skills that allow them to communicate clearly and effectively via phone or in person.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in sales processes
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM) and Microsoft Office.

  • Professional and team-oriented attitude

Desired Qualification/Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in sales or lead setting role
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Jobber/Roofr/Marketsharp preferred
