Job description
Print Sales Professional
Econo Print, located in downtown Billings, is looking for a personable individual to join our sales team. The salesperson will primarily collaborate with customers at their place of business, as well as on the phone, and by email. The main job function is listening to customers, identifying their needs, and presenting the best products available to satisfy their printing and marketing needs. The salesperson will also deliver completed orders, proofs for acceptance, and pickup samples of products from customers for specifications or measurements.
Required Abilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team & management to create customized solutions for clients based on their specific needs.
- Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
- Have a reliable vehicle to transport you (and products) to and from clients and the store.
Experience:
- Proven experience in product sales preferred.
- General customer service experience.
- Effective communication and people skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
- Confident, out-going personality / self-motivation / organization.
