Overview

 

We are looking for a beauty-obsessed and passionate marketer to drive the global product and brand marketing strategy of Haus Labs by Lady Gaga. The role reports into SVP, Marketing.

 


What You’ll Do
 

  • Drive product marketing strategy and oversee: Product Marketing Team
  • Drive and develop ambitious product marketing plans from beginning to end for both short and long-term business objectives
  • Build best-in-class strategy driven by acute data, insights and analysis of the marketplace 
  • Liaise with teams to create world-class 360 activations, including partnership  with retail, channel, education and coordination with operations and PD to ensure a seamless execution of product marketing strategy to market.
  • Oversee Product Managers to ensure consistent understanding of marketplace, competitive landscape and health of business. Reflect the understanding in the strategy built across channels
  • Monitor and manage marketing expenses and budget with extreme attention-to-detail. Must have the foresight to switch gears and make real-time decisions to shift dollars in order to do what’s best for the business in the moment and in the future to drive the business. 
  • Work with product development and craft innovative claims to bring new and core product marketing storytelling to life, setting our products up for success and apart from the rest
  • Partner with supply team to ensure inventory levels and forecasts are in a healthy state to reflect marketing initiatives
  • Brief and create integrated storytelling assets, visuals, videos and copy while ensuring content meets brand DNA
  • Build new product briefs crafted from deep-rooted understanding of the brand and market’s needs
  • Lead development of stage gate roadmap alongside product operations and development to build out strategic innovation calendar
  • Identify and present white space opportunities for product development with comprehensive plan from product concept, forecast, size of business and COGs target
  • Conduct consistent and thorough market analysis to stay afloat current and future trends in the marketplace
  • Identify opportunities or trends to drive key skus or shades to drive sales through a successful marketing strategy
  • Identify and acquire new customer and clientele to brand through key product marketing strategies and activations
 

What We’re Looking For 

 
  • An exciting marketer that gets beauty with proven experience driving sales growth and product/brand awareness through strategic and above average initiatives
  • Results-driven marketing strategist
  • Experience working with Sephora a plus
  • Founder experience a plus
  • Be a high energy go-getter, who’s got a positive, friendly attitude 
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional project management & organizational skills 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results
  • Expertise in data analysis and market feedback, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions plan developments
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of Experience in Product Marketing 
  • 3-5 years team leadership experience
