Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the meticulous planning and execution of events, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event goals and vision, providing timely updates and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staff coordination to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all materials and resources are organized and readily available on event day.
  • Provide hands-on support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners to coordinate all elements of the event.
  • Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to continuously improve event execution.
  • Compile post-event reports and insights to evaluate the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
